B&B Alma - Lucca

The check-in process was smooth, and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and air conditioning, the room's decor was pleasant, and the hotel's proximity to the city center was convenient by car.

Thank you for a real good stay. The rooms are well-equipped and reasonably large with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. The staff is very attentive as well as hotel's host. The breakfast is more than good. It offers perfect services.

Conveniently situated along the Blue bus route. the room is fully furnished and super clean with a big, cozy bed. 🚌

The stay here was really good on vacation. The location was perfect on the Blue bus line near a large supermarket and the staff here was very attentive. I was upgraded to well-equipped and large double room with large bed. I loved the satisfactory breakfast with nice products, offered by the hotel😃❤😀

Friendly and helpful staff during a blackout caused by nearby wildfires, offering immediate assistance. Clean and spacious room and bathroom for relaxation. Appreciated air conditioning in each room. Overall great value for money.

The room was clean with a large bed, I was happy about that. It had a mini bar fridge, a dining area, and a work desk. - Marvellous and incredible location near to shops and public transport. - I felt safe.

I had a fantastic time at B&B Alma. the people there were lovely and the breakfast was exceptional. It far exceeded my expectations, with fresh fruits, cheese, yogurt, muesli. the rooms were newly renovated and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and clean space. Daniele, the host, was incredibly hospitable and made sure all our dietary needs were met. He even prepared a customized meal for us. the B&B is conveniently located near a local bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. it was a wonderful experience and great value for money. The staff provide excellent service and are very attentive to guests' needs. The rooms have comfortable, large beds and basic amenities are available. Breakfast is also great with a nice selection of products.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for exploring the nearby cities of Lucca, Pisa, and Florence. The hotel is conveniently located on the Blue bus line, making it easy to get around. Additionally, the staff were attentive, friendly, and full of helpful information about the area. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, with cozy furnishings and a comfortable, large bed. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, complete with freshly made cappuccinos. this hotel provided great value for money and exceeded my expectations.

There was absolutely nothing that didn't meet my expectations during my stay.

clean rooms - spacious bathroom. great location close to Blue bus line. got helpful local advice from Danielle. loved the self-check-in lockers. cozy rooms - clean bathroom, and AC a blessing. host is funny - friendly - accommodating. breakfast was 11/10. can visit Lucca - Pisa - Florence - or the west coast. overall - a wonderful stay.

Can't recommend highly enough.

From the moment we arrived, we felt a warm welcome from the host were great to make our stay comfortable. He even helped carry our suitcases and provided us with directions to the best beaches in the area. We were particularly grateful for his assistance when one of us had back problems and he brought gel bags from his own freezer to help alleviate the pain. The cozy rooms, clean bathroom, and refreshing air conditioning made our stay even better. Breakfast was amazing, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The location was also convenient, great to explore cities like Lucca and Pisa nearby. we highly recommend B&B Alma for an lovely experience.

The hotel was located near a large supermarket, making it convenient for me to buy snacks and drinks. the hotel was situated on the outskirts of a beautiful city, with easy transportation to the city centre. The hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained, from the rooms to the breakfast area. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. Lastly, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making my check-in and check-out very easy.
